• These rules apply to your use of the following trade marks ("Marks"), all pictures, drawings and photographs (Images") provided to you that depict Astral Pool products and all other Astral Pool copyright materials ("Text"):

HURLCON
The Marks are registered trade marks of Astral Pool Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 007 284 504) ("AstralPool"). Any use by you of the Marks must comply with the rules set out below.
Application of Rules of Use
1. Prior to any use of the Marks, Images or Text ( together the "IP"), you must be a AstralPool authorised distributor ("Authorised Distributor"). You can only use the IP while you remain an Authorised Distributor ("Licence").
• These Rules of Use do not override the terms of any agreement that may exist between you and AstralPool.
3. These Rules govern:
• the way in which the IP may be represented;
• where and how the IP may be used
• what words or matter of any description may be used with or in close association with or proximity to the Marks, Images and Text and in what relationship.
4. AstralPool may from time to time change these Rules or the IP and you must comply with the changed Rules or use the changed Marks, Images and Text if you want to continue to use the Mark, Images and Text.
Manner of Use
5. You must only use the IP when referring to or describing products branded with the marks that have been purchased from AstralPool.
6. You must not use the Marks, or any similar derivative, to describe any of your other products or services, or any other person's product or services.
7. The IP may be used for your:
• advertising materials
• product brochures
• outside store signage (but not as the main store signage)
• in store signage and displays
8. The IP may only be used for the purposes listed at item 7. Without limitation, the Marks must not be used without AstralPool's permission for:
• domain names, email or internet addresses
• web pages, other than as a reference to products branded with the Marks
• your company, business or trading names
9. The IP must not be used in a manner which is misleading or deceptive or which would bring it into disrepute.
Appearance of Mark
• The Marks must always appear as the written words or as the devices listed above.
11. You must not represent the Mark in any other graphical manner.
• The Marks must always be accompanied by the ® symbol placed at the right hand side of any text or graphical representation.
Acknowledgment of owner
14. Any approved use of the Marks as contemplated by paragraph 7 must be accompanied by the following statement in the following form:
"xxxx ® is a trade mark of Astral Pool Australia Pty Ltd and is used under licence."
15. You must not use any words in conjunction with the Marks which give the impression, directly or indirectly, that you or someone else is the owner of the Marks. For example, you must not make statements such as:
• "in conjunction with our AstralPool products and services "
• "AstralPool by [your name]"
Inspection
18. You must provide full details of any use of the IP upon request from AstralPool.
19. In the event of any use of the IP being considered unsuitable by AstralPool, you must immediately terminate such use.
Termination
20. AstralPool reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw its consent to your use of the IP.
